Our Resilience training course is aimed at people of all ages who wish to strengthen their mental resilience powers and cope better with stress and challenges during studies, at work, and in everyday life. In an appreciative and positive atmosphere, you learn techniques to master daily burdens calmly and build up your inner strengths.
In Resilience training you learn ways to develop your inner strengths and approach challenges calmly, without striving for perfection. The focus is not on self-optimisation but on the ability to react flexibly in difficult situations and remain robust. You must be prepared to work on your own behaviour and be open to new perspectives.
