Our Memory training course is aimed especially at older people who wish to conserve and improve their cognitive abilities. 
We offer diverse exercises In a relaxed and supportive atmosphere to strengthen your memory and boost concentration. You practise techniques and methods which you can use easily in day-to-day life. Together with other participants, you train important areas of the brain.  Regular training will make your days easier and more carefree.
We offer Memory training in two modes ─ speedy (zügig) and gradual (langsam) ─ to cater to your personal preferences.
